Job Full Description

We seek experienced, professional, hard-working, and dedicated Dental Assistants / Orthodontic Dental Assistants with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with oral surgeries, excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with working long hours as needed. This career starts part-time and will pivot to full-time quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, including surgical interventions, to ensure patient comfort and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up the necessary equipment, and ensuring all materials are readily available.
• Take and develop X-rays, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients on postoperative care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment plans.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and assisting with front-office duties as needed.
• Uphold strict adherence to infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, patient care, and teamwork.
