Adams Homes- Fort Myers Division is seeking a New Home Sales Associate in to guide buyers through the sales process, follow up through our CRM, and generate leads using a proven system. If you're tired of a capped income and want to be part of one of the largest privately held homebuilders in the Southeast, we'd love to hear from you. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and a Florida Real Estate License are required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective buyers to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for a new home purchase.
  • Travel between local model homes to show available inventory to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits of the homes and communities.
  • Follow-up with prospects using our CRM and standardized sales process.
  • Manage the sales process from contract to closing, including negotiating purchase agreements and overseeing the home construction process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Work full-time, five days a week. Four days will be spent in our model homes, and one day is reserved for marketing or open house events.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A Florida Real Estate License
