Who are you
You are an IT leader who oversees the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across all IT systems. You manage and mentor the IT team, lead technology projects, and align IT strategy with business goals to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
You combine strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity with effective leadership and project management skills to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions that support the organizations growth and stability.
Position Overview
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems. This role manages IT staff, coordinates technology projects, aligns IT strategy with business goals, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the organizations IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Active Directory, Intune, security, monitoring).
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations, including networking, cloud services, and security. Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency and security.
