About this team :

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our SpringServe Ad Server team where you will work on a globally distributed ad serving system that handles hundreds of billions of requests a day. You have the opportunity to take on project initiatives to improve the delivery of our systems, tackle hard technical challenges, and contribute to a small team of passionate individuals.

As a Staff Engineer at Magnite You Will :

• Act as an expert technical contributor in a talented, high-output development team
• Participate in the back-end design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of critical ad serving applications
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Be a creative problem-solver able to design and implement reliable and maintainable solutions to challenging problems
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and project plans
• Write production-ready code and unit tests that meet both system and business requirements
• Respond to feature requests, bug reports, performance issues, and ad-hoc questions
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver quality software
• Leverage AI-assisted tools in your development process
• Support the operation of services in testing environments and production
• Perform design and code reviews

In CO, the base salary range for this position is : $145,000 - $165,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).

In CA, the base salary range for this position is : $165,000 - $185,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).

In NY, the base salary range for this position is : $165,000 - $185,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).
