A company is looking for an Immigration Legal Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist attorneys with immigration matters
Translate facts into understandable and persuasive content for immigration matters
Collaborate with immigration attorneys on special writing projects and ensure accuracy of information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
4+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice
Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs
Proficiency in proofreading, editing, and time management
