Pay : $16.78 - $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

Guest Service : Provide outstanding and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Menu Knowledge : Have a deep understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions. Be able to make recommendations and answer questions about the menu.

Order Taking : Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.

Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and fellow servers, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to relay guest preferences and special requests.

Table Maintenance : Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper tableware, and condiments are available. Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.

Upselling : Promote additional sales by suggesting appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the dining experience. Encourage guests to try our special dishes and beverages.

Payment Processing : Handle guest checks and payments accurately, processing cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. Provide guests with receipts and thank them for their patronage.

Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas, including personal grooming and uniform standards.

Guest Feedback : Listen to guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Report feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
