Evening Shift Crisis Unit LPN | Lowell, MA

Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Lowell, MA that is seeking an LPN to assist them on a contractual basis!

Details of the position include :

Locations : Lowell, MA

Setting : Crisis Stabilization Unit

Start : 2 weeks from offer

Duration : 13 weeks to start

Schedule :

40 hours a week e / o weekend block scheduling.

3pm - 11pm

Job Description :

• The Crisis stabilization LPN will perform the following duties as needed on either the Adult or Youth units.
• Medication Administration : Dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper documentation.
• Health Assessments : Conduct health screenings and monitor vital signs to assess patients' conditions.
• Crisis Intervention : Assist in de-escalating situations and providing support during acute mental health episodes.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Support Groups : Facilitate or assist in health education and skills groups for patients.
• Safety Monitoring : Ensure the safety of patients and staff by adhering to protocols and procedures.

Experience :

Pay Rate : $42 / hr
