Research Analyst

AMG & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making for our clients across various sectors. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes.

2- Gather analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.

3- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable insights.

4- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and enhance deliverables.

5- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to maintain up-to-date knowledge and provide insights.

6- Assist in the design and implementation of surveys interviews and focus groups to gather primary data.

7- Develop and maintain databases and information systems for research purposes.

Qualifications :

1- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.

2- Proven experience as a research analyst or in a similar analytical role preferably in a remote setting.

3- Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis.

4- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SPSS R or similar).

5- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.

6- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

7- Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge relevant to our client sectors is an advantage.
