ServiceNow Architect

Role Description : Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture : Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organizations business requirements.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Custom Development : Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Integration : Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Performance Optimization : Execution on performance optimization, scalability improvements, and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Governance and Compliance : Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
• Documentation and Training : Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation. Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years experience in ServiceNow / Enterprise architecture
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Exposure of ServiceNow modules is a plus
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and a good understanding of SLDC processes.
• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications. Competencies : Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management, ServiceNow
