Position Summary : A leading electrical contractor in the Southeast, US, is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in electrical systems, and excellent organizational skills.

Absolute Minimum Must Have’s / Experience / Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or 7 years as a project supervisor in electrical construction.
• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in electrical project management or a similar role.
• Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or preferred equivalent; electrical licensure a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, Spectrum Accounting Software, Procore).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines..

Project Planning and Scheduling (20% - 10 hours / week)

Budget Management and Cost Control (15% - 7.5 hours / week)

Team Coordination and Leadership (25% - 12.5 hours / week)

Client and Stakeholder Communication (15% - 7.5 hours / week)

Quality Assurance and Compliance (10% - 5 hours / week)

Risk Management and Problem Solving (10% - 5 hours / week)

Administrative and Reporting Duties (5% - 2.5 hours / week)
