Bilingual Call Center Representative

Location : Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range : $22 / hr. Weekly Pay

Shift : 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm

What's the Job?

• Respond to a high volume of phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
• Provide accurate information on eligibility, claims status, and program details.
• Assist with problem resolution and navigate complex inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online systems.
• Transfer callers to appropriate specialized units as needed.
