Your Role

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies that guide them toward achieving their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of health
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families in therapy practices to promote ongoing recovery at home
• Track and Adjust Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure patients continue on the path to success
