Full Job Description : Payroll Analyst

Salary Grade : Hourly 15

TulsaPublic Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustmentsbased on education / experience and / or years of creditable service. Position Summary : Processes payroll and makes the necessary adjustments and corrections to

time reported. Maintains leave accrual and balances. Pro-rates pay on new hires and

terminations. Completes and submits documentation for Teachers Retirement.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in accounting or business administration preferred

Experience :

  • Two (2) years experience in accounting or payroll
  • Two (2) years experience with front facing customer service

    • Other :

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
