Weekend Seasonal Merchandising Associate

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to Lowe's customer service policies and procedures.

Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets align with Lowe's standards.

Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and leadership to communicate project priorities and requirements.

Analyze metrics to provide valuable feedback on project execution to store and corporate leaders.

Engage with customers as needed, assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.

Provide knowledgeable responses to queries about products, stock availability, special orders, and warranties.

Ensure products are in-stock by managing stock, replacing displays, and using power equipment as instructed.

Identify and remove damaged products, handling them appropriately per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate signage and verify product pricing for clarity and visibility.

Organize products to ensure proper placement and support add-on sales.

Keep store areas clean and safe, performing daily safety checks and adhering to safety protocols.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including changing light bulbs and reporting larger issues.

Adhere to merchandising standards, including setting up displays according to planograms.

Assist with various store operations and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

6 months of experience on a sales floor.

6 months of experience with product merchandising and planogram execution.

3 months of experience operating power equipment.
