Part-time Urology opportunity in Pilot Knob, Missouri

Iron County Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to join a well-established rural health team and support outpatient services as the current provider approaches retirement. This role is ideal for a physician seeking a low-volume, flexible part-time schedule with predictable hours and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Practice Setting : Outpatient only
• Schedule :
• ~ 2 days per month in clinic and / or OR
• Flexible scheduling options
• Patient Volume :
• Clinic only : 18–20 patients / day
• Clinic + OR days : 10–15 patients / day, depending on surgeries
• Support Team :
• 6 physicians in specialty
• 5 APPs (no APP oversight required)
• EMR : Athena
• Hospital :
• 15-bed critical access hospital
• 24-hour ER, lab, imaging, swing bed program
• Access to podiatry, cardiology, rheumatology, general surgery, ENT, GI / hepatology
• Call : None (weekday or weekend)
