Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including personnel evaluation, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Implement, maintain, and evolve quality assurance systems and automated testing frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and leadership to align QA initiatives with product development and release cycles.
• Define, execute, and monitor Agile-based QA processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify defects, direct process improvements, and incorporate feedback into product development cycles.
• Ensure comprehensive testing of software including APIs, web applications, and other integrated systems.
• Document test plans, test cases, and results, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
