[job_card.job_description]Build project plans, review scopes, and ensure deliverables stay on track Implement Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem server solutions end-to-end Document work thoroughly in AutoTask and follow PSA best practices Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvement Provide clear communication to clients, project managers, and leadership Stay current on evolving cloud and security technologies Strong MSP experience delivering infrastructure and cloud projects Expertise with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Hands-on knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V Experience configuring and troubleshooting AD, GPO, Exchange, and SQL Proficiency with Azure Entra ID, Azure Servers, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Ability to perform full Microsoft 365 migrations Experience with SAN technologies such as HP, Synology, Nimble, or EMC Skilled in enterprise wireless, Layer 2 / 3 switching, and UTM firewalls Strong documentation habits and communication skills Salary range of 10k to 130k depending on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered for the employee 401k with 3 percent company match 13 days of PTO plus 7 additional holidays Mileage reimbursement for local travel A culture focused on loyalty, progressiveness, and continuous learning Certification reimbursement and structured growth pathways Stability and career advancement within an MSP actively acquiring and expanding
We are an established Managed Service Provider supporting Legal, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and professional services clients across North America. As we continue to scale, we are hiring a Senior Systems Engineer who can lead cloud and infrastructure projects while supporting a wide range of client environments. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who enjoys Azure work, solving complex problems, and being a trusted technical resource within a high-performing MSP team.
This position offers a Local Work From Home setup. You will work remotely most of the week, visit the Streamwood office three times per month, and travel to client sites as needed less than 20 percent of the time. We continue to expand through acquisitions, creating consistent opportunities for professional growth and exposure to new technologies.
