Program Coordinator - Consumer Marketing Contract - Remote
This person will be responsible for orchestrating various direct marketing and sales initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing programs. Your ability to strategize, manage projects, and maintain a clear focus on our organizational objectives will be vital in driving growth and retention of our customer base.
This is a pivotal role responsible for successful planning, execution, and management of consumer marketing initiatives. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and contribute to the achievement of growth targets and enhanced customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Partner on comprehensive marketing campaign strategies in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of direct marketing campaigns and initiatives within the Consumer Marketing team.
Maintain an ongoing calendar of projects and associated development timelines to manage workflow effectively and proactively for on-time execution.
Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment on goals, share progress updates, and address any challenges or roadblocks.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform program strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
Conduct regular analyses of program performance, providing reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
1+ year of experience in an agency or in house role supporting marketing programs
Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly 1 : 1 direct marketing campaigns, like email, direct mail, PUSH and SMS.
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis and an ability to interpret and draw actionable insights from marketing metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, as well as project management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
