A company is looking for a Sales Representative who will engage prospective members through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sells the benefits of membership through outbound call campaigns and discusses program components with prospective patients
Handles inbound calls and accurately documents interactions in Salesforce (CRM system)
Conducts research and resolves issues, escalating concerns to management as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Two years of experience in customer service within a call center or business / administrative environment
Bilingual in Spanish
