Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Renewal by Andersen - Cranford, NJ

Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Renewal by Andersen of NJ is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced Events and Retail (EVR) Department. This position plays a vital role in keeping our department organized, managing daily lead activity, and assisting with event and marketing operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and manage department leads, ensuring all leads are entered accurately and promptly into the company’s main system.
  • Perform various forms of Data Entry
  • Maintain lead accuracy and communication between field teams, management, and marketing platforms — this is the top priority of the role.
  • Assist the Director of EVR with ongoing projects, reporting, spreadsheets, and administrative needs.
  • Support event research and planning for fairs, festivals, and retail store partnerships.
  • Create and update spreadsheets and reports to track leads, event data, and performance metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience administrative support, marketing coordination, or data management
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machine
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
