Staff Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client in the San Gabriel Valley, a large, thriving, and fun company, who is seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant to join their team! This role is ideal for recent college graduates eager to apply their accounting knowledge. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Pay $26-$27 an hour.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
