Pain Management Physician at Clinity Talent summary :

A Pain Management Physician is responsible for conducting general consultations and performing interventional pain management procedures, including injections and evaluations of musculoskeletal conditions. The role demands comprehensive imaging order management, prescribing physical therapy, and conducting various pain management procedures using advanced equipment. Candidates must be board-certified, hold a medical license, and have completed a pain fellowship training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general consultations.
  • Perform injection and interventional pain management procedures.
  • Evaluation & management of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Order imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT).
  • Perform EMG / NCV.
  • Prescribe PT / OT.
  • Perform procedures such as peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, Visco supplementation, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
  • Neuraxial injections (ESI, MBB, RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulation trial.
  • In-office procedural suite (C-arm, RFA generator, Ultrasound).
  • Medication management to include non-opioid medications.

  • Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program with Pain Fellowship Training
  • Board-certified / eligible in Pain Management
  • Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
