HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will work across the full HR cycle and influence people processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and integration processes, ensuring familiarity with company structure and HR tools

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee experience throughout their lifecycle

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR or Recruiting

Experience in independent management of HR operations and employee relations

Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and technical sourcing

Upper-intermediate or higher level of English and fluent Ukrainian

Familiarity with HR tech and basic AI application in HR processes
