The company also manufactures and markets Mrs. Richardson's dessert sauces and Nance's mustards / condiments in addition to producing finished goods for the private label sector. BRF maintains its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Macedon, New York; with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, Illinois; and offices and manufacturing facilities in Williamson, New York; Pennsauken, New Jersey; and Corona, California. This role must reside in the Chicagoland area due to customer engagement requirements. Remote work is permitted within the Chicagoland region.
WHAT WE NEED
The Director of Sales – McDonald’s is responsible for driving the overall success, growth, and strategic direction of Baldwin Richardson Foods (BRF). This leader will own the customer growth strategy, foster strong senior-level relationships, and guide a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results.
Serving as a BRF Ambassador, the Director will proactively engage both internally and externally to advance our partnership and position BRF for continued success.

At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
