This role leads and contributes to the achievement of business and department objectives through coordination and development of sales strategies and tactics with customers, ensuring implementation of established Integrated Customer Business Plans. As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide leadership to a team and collaborate with other sales leaders and customers to capture best practices.

In this role, you will :

• Understand market dynamics and customer strategies to inform planning and execution.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative team environment that drives individual and collective performance.
• Develop and execute strategic quarterly / annual plans, aligning weekly priorities and customer engagements.
• Support sales teams with data-driven merchandising plans to meet volume, distribution, and supply chain goals.
• Analyze customer trends and demographics, projecting forecasts 3–5 years ahead to guide strategic actions.
• Maintain financial awareness in planning, identifying and resolving gaps in customer coverage and operations.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships, engaging with executives and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt effectively to organizational change, supporting transitions and evolving strategies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person, with internal and external partners.
• Leverage analytical tools and software (Excel, PowerPoint) to deliver insights, presentations, and business recommendations.

Salary Range : 166,580 – 205,740 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
