Overview :

Nicolini, Paradise, Ferretti & Sabella, PLLC, an established Long Island insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced trial attorney to handle  the defense of vehicular personal injury and property  damage matters in New York City and on Long Island.

Responsibilities :

The candidate will have experience in managing a caseload from inception to trial, conducting depositions, meeting and working with clients, meeting with expert witnesses, drafting motions and discovery demands and responses, drafting pleadings, mediations and / or arbitrations, and handling all aspects of a case up to and including trial.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 7+ years of insurance defense of vehicular personal injury and property damage litigation experience.
• NY Bar admission required.
• Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court. Federal Court a plus.
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Must have trial experience with a proven track record.
