LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Assistant Controller capable of managing complex financial activities in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and consistently provides strong internal support to teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial statements along with supporting schedules and analyses.
• Prepare and submit state and local tax filings, including sales / use, privilege, and related regulatory returns.
• Complete required annual state reports and personal property tax filings.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and create financial reports as assigned by senior finance leadership.
• Communicate relevant findings, updates, and financial insights to management, internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Support accounts payable functions, including review and processing of invoices.
• Allocate payroll and general administrative expenses across associated entities on a monthly basis.
• Generate payments to external partners based on approved documentation and issue necessary releases or waivers.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop annual budgets across business units.
• Update monthly forecasts based on changes in spending trends, business priorities, and new information.
• Uphold and promote the organization's core professional standards.
