A company is looking for a Scientist position in Pleasanton, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze experiments in molecular cloning, antibody engineering, and mammalian expression

Purify and characterize antibodies using various techniques including FPLC, HPLC, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE

Drive smaller research projects with increasing independence and represent the team in cross-functional discussions

Required Qualifications

Masters degree required at a minimum

Hands-on experience in monoclonal antibody development and antibody engineering

Strong molecular cloning skills (PCR, restriction / ligation, Gibson Assembly)

Experience with transient expression in HEK293 or CHO systems

Solid background in antibody purification and characterization workflows
