YOUR LIFE AS A KITCHEN HELPER - COOK

In this food service position on our restaurant team, you arrive each day determined to ensure that every meal meets our established guidelines in food service as well as adheres to any special requests. You prepare the fresh ingredients, so they are ready to be used for our delicious barbecue and sides. With attention to detail, you assemble and plate meals in an appealing manner. To make sure that properly cooked meals get out to guests in a timely manner, you communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff while staying organized, coordinated, and efficient.

You always maintain the cleanliness of food prep areas and follow food sanitation standards to the letter. With a friendly attitude and professional approach towards coworkers and guests alike, you contribute greatly to the success of our restaurant. You find great satisfaction in providing our guests with a delicious meal that lives up to our standards of quality!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to acquire a Salt Lake County health department food handler's permit within 7 days of hire
