A day in the life

Sun up, you’re pre-tripping your tractor-mounted mower—checking fluids, lubricating critical points, and inspecting safety features. Then it’s out to the grounds to keep grass and vegetation under control across designated areas. Throughout the day, you operate large mowing equipment with care, follow company policies and safety regulations, and keep a sharp eye out for anything that needs attention. If you notice equipment quirks or landscape issues, you document and report them promptly to your supervisor. You’ll also jump in to help plan and carry out landscaping projects, coordinate with teammates, and wrap up by cleaning equipment and keeping your work area neat and organized.

What you will do

• Operate tractor-mounted mowers to maintain turf and vegetation in assigned zones.
• Perform routine upkeep : cleaning, lubrication, and safety inspections on all mowing equipment.
• Work safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
• Monitor conditions and report equipment or landscape concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with planning and execution of landscaping initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet landscaping goals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
