Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and address any quality concerns. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide project updates. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience with tilt wall, Walmart, Publix ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
