Construction Quality Control Manager

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager. Candidates with prior Bechtel project experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The CQC Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of construction quality control and will have the authority to act on all CQC matters for Great Lakes Dredge & Dock. This position is dedicated solely to quality control for a specific project and will serve as the primary liaison between Great Lakes and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Skills :

• Prior experience working on Bechtel projects or with Bechtel clients
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction quality control for the project
• Be onsite at all times during construction activities
• Communicate regularly with the GLDD Project Manager and Site Managers to keep all parties informed of project status and quality issues

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
