About The Role

  • The Director of FP&A will oversee the budget and forecast processes across all channels and departments.
  • This role involves leading key financial analyses and managing a high-performing FP&A team.
  • The candidate will develop strong partnerships with business leaders to understand operational drivers and provide insights into performance.
  • The position requires collaboration with Business Development to provide financial modeling and insights on new business opportunities.
  • The Director will leverage technology to evaluate and extract data for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis is essential.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary, including advanced financial modeling capabilities.
  • The candidate should have a proven track record of building and leading successful, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required to effectively convey financial information to business leaders.
