Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and support customers with a warm, professional approach
• Handle incoming calls and communications with efficiency and courtesy
• Perform precise data entry and maintain well-organized filing systems
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with realtors, colleagues, clients, and all company departments
• Deliver comprehensive one-on-one training to newly recruited realtors on company programs and systems
• Set up, process, monitor, and review real estate listing and sale transaction files from start to finish
• Track transaction files through to closing, ensuring all updates, modifications, and cancellations are properly documented
• Address and resolve broker commission inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain regular communication with agents, clients, branch offices, mortgage companies, and internal teams through email and phone
• Oversee branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of property-related activities
Skills Required:
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional office setting
• Real estate transaction coordination and/or escrow experience strongly preferred
• Current California Real Estate license and/or Notary Commission, or willingness to obtain these credentials
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage critical information with accuracy
• Strong interpersonal abilities and natural talent for building rapport with diverse individuals
• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
• Outstanding analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Proven reliability and dedication to long-term professional growth
• Consistent track record of attendance and punctuality
• Positive, collaborative, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
