[job_card.job_description]Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles across multiple locations / facilities. Analyze the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process. Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications. Develop and utilize effective applicant screening methods and tools. Conduct phone and / or in person interviews and select qualified, mission aligned applicants. Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within the communities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies. Build relationships with applicants and past employees. Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc. Conduct background screening and reference checks as required. Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees. Provide support to HR function as requested or required. Two (2+) years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience. Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals Ability to relate well to all individuals. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to adapt to change. Excellent verbal and written communication and human relations skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Illuminus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team onsite in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for a recruiter with a passion for serving our communities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The TA Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment— including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across multiple locations and facilities in southern Wisconsin. In addition, the position will support pre-employment onboarding and may assist with various HR-related activities as needed.

- $58,000 - $71,000 per year, based on experience
- In Office position based in Fitchburg, WI
