Title Clerk

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all title and registration tasks, including out-of-state processing, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with DMV regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of dealership paperwork, and experience working directly with the DMV.

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Prepare, process, and submit vehicle titles and registrations for in-state and out-of-state transactions.
• Communicate with the DMV, financial institutions, and customers to resolve title or registration issues.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all deal paperwork before submission.
• Maintain title records, reports, and logs according to dealership and DMV standards.
• Ensure timely filing and delivery of all title-related documents.

• 2+ years of experience as a Title Clerk or similar role in an automotive dealership.
• Strong working knowledge of Oregon DMV and out-of-state title requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with dealership management systems and office software.
• Valid driver’s license.
