Claims Specialist - EPL License Required

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist in Employment Practices Liability (EPL).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty claims areas

Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations

Negotiate settlements and prepare reserve and settlement authority requests

Required Qualifications

High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience

Prior experience in Employment Practices Liability or similar specialty claims area

Active Adjusters' licenses or ability to obtain them as required

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Computer experience with claims and business software
