Commercial Property Customer Service Representative

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Commercial) for their team to help assist with their corporate office in St. Paul MN (55108). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in customer service and experience with Commercial properties is required. This role is contract-to-hire (90 days before conversion).

Salary : $22-25 / hour DOQ. This role is contract-to-hire (90 days before conversion).

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm.

As a key member of the Property Management team the Customer Service & Property Administrator serves as a central liaison between tenants property managers accountants engineers vendors and maintenance staff. This role ensures smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across all aspects of tenant relations and property administration. This is an on-site position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to phone calls emails and service requests submitted via internal software
• Create and assign work orders; distribute to appropriate vendors and team members
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Keep tenants informed on the status of their work orders
• Request and coordinate vendor quotes; manage scheduling with tenants
• Conduct weekly reviews of open work orders and follow up with vendors
• Collect monthly building hours from tenants
• Draft and distribute tenant communications (e.g. lost & found notices inspection announcements)
• Generate and share maintenance reports with accounting team
• Update building hours and employee access credentials as needed
• Maintain accurate property vendor and tenant records in internal systems
• Provide front desk coverage when required
