About the Role
Sole Hire, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our instructional team as an Adjunct Instructor. In this role, you’ll help prepare the next generation of veterinary technicians through engaging instruction, mentorship, and hands-on laboratory and clinical training. You’ll report directly to the Program Chair, Academic Dean, Director of Academic Operations for Online, or Campus President while upholding Sole Hire’s commitment to excellence in veterinary education.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction aligned with the established curriculum
Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson plans, objectives, and evaluation tools
Monitor student attendance, participation, and overall academic performance
Provide timely feedback on student assignments (within 48 hours of submission)
Offer academic support during scheduled office hours or by appointment
Identify and support at-risk students through proactive retention efforts
Maintain professional expertise through continuing education and skill development
Participate in required faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Collaborate with academic leadership to enhance curriculum and student outcomes
Position Details
Teaching assignments are offered on a module-by-module basis
Course offerings are subject to minimum enrollment requirements
Instructors are expected to meet all scheduled class times as published
Performance is evaluated through student feedback and administrative review
Final grades must be submitted within 72 hours after the completion of final exams
Passion for education, student development, and advancing the veterinary profession
Compensation
Competitive hourly or per-module rate commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
• Associate degree (required)
• Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician
(required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create engaging learning experiences in classroom and laboratory settings

• Experience with online learning platforms (preferred for online instruction
