Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming/bathing, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document client care activities and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of client care.

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
