A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance, providing exceptional customer service
Accurately input Member information and use online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
Identify special handling situations and provide clear information regarding service and costs to Members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required
Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and / or holidays as needed
