A well-established air gun company in Rancho Santa Margarita is looking for a Warehouse Lead. This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $26 to $30 / hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth. Full training on the air gun business will be provided. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, team-focused professional with a strong understanding of warehouse logistics and the importance of accurate data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and track all inventory using an ERP system, maintaining precise records of both in-house and ordered stock.
• Ensure accurate communication between the local distributor and international manufacturer.
• Conduct shipping and receiving operations, including checking goods against purchase orders or invoices and updating the computer system with all activity.
• Proactively maintain optimal inventory levels and manage product stored in the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying accuracy and recording any discrepancies or damages.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse using a dolly, pallet jack, and forklifts.
• Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, and handle escalated customer service issues and returns.
• Lead departmental planning and forecasting efforts.
