Position Overview

A skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist is needed to support a busy medical facility during night shifts. This role involves performing a wide range of general radiographic procedures in fast-paced environments including the Emergency Department Level 1 Trauma and NICU / Neonatal units. Candidates must be proficient with portable imaging and comfortable working with diverse patient populations.

Schedule Details

Night shifts : 7 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM

10 : 00 PM 8 : 30 AM

Days : Friday Saturday Sunday

Holiday coverage required

Call required for travelers who live locally

Key Responsibilities

Perform all Emergency Department general X-ray exams including trauma and reduction imaging

Conduct pediatric and neonatal imaging including NICU exams

Perform portable X-rays across various units and floors

Operate radiology systems safely and efficiently including :

Shimadzu Rad-Speed

Shimadzu Mobile Art MX8

AGFA DXD 100

Orthoscan Mini C-Arm

Ensure accurate high-quality imaging following facility protocols

Maintain patient safety comfort and confidentiality

Collaborate with clinical staff to support timely and effective patient care

Required Credentials & Experience

Must have prior experience in :

Emergency Room (ER)

Level 1 Trauma

NICU / Neonatal Imaging

Certifications : ARRT (R)

Ohio State Radiologic License

AHA BLS

Scrub Color : Navy

Vaccine Requirements

COVID-19 : Required (Medical / Religious exemptions allowed)
