As a key member of our leadership team you will :

• Lead motivate and develop a high-performing sales team with enthusiasm accountability and integrity
• Manage and optimize E-Leads inbound / outbound phone traffic walk-in customers and service drive / data mining opportunities
• Oversee daily sales operations ensuring adherence to sales processes and robust customer follow-up
• Partner closely with the finance department to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and compliance
• Train mentor and support Internet Retail and Service Drive Sales associates to improve conversion and appointment generation
• Collaborate with the service department to enhance customer retention and grow service-to-sales opportunities
