Role Summary : The Rollover Specialist will represent Mutual of America Financial Group in a sales and customer service capacity supporting all participants. The Rollover Specialist will report into the Director, Participant Accounts, Asset Retention.

Responsibilities :

• Retain assets of terminated participants by contacting and informing them of features and benefits of Mutual of America Rollover IRA
• Provide inbound support for IRA Rollover and annuity exchange requests
• Contact target customers to cross-sell financial products
• Follow up with external financial service provider to ensure that rollover / exchange requirements are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in marketing and asset retention programs

What We Offer You :

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.

Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000
