About the Position :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and live active, healthy lives.

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will provide individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based care, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions in an outpatient setting

Develop customized treatment plans to meet patient goals and functional outcomes

Provide patient education on exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness

Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system

Communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the rehab team

Maintain professional standards and compliance with licensure requirements

Qualifications :

Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)

Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred

Excellent communication, time management, and clinical reasoning skills
