Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the CommonSpirit Health at Home's Home Health team for the North Metro Denver Area. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.
