• An example of what is meant by Sravan's skill in "Solving Performance Issues" refers to improving an existing platform. While this is a valuable ability, it primarily demonstrates an understanding of concrete problems and developing solutions to address them.
• The ability to build an application "from scratch" involves clearly defining what needs to be built and aligning that with the business problem before any coding begins.
• Developers are often tasked with addressing non-concrete issues, where the technical solution, business solution or broad-ask are not clearly defined.
• While candidates may demonstrate the ability to solve concrete, platform-related issues, such as fixing existing problems or implementing features, what truly sets them apart is their experience solving broad problems where the issue itself is not fully clear.
• To summarize, I'd like to see more candidates with experience in developing applications from scratch if possible.

Job Description :

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our Storage Team, playing a crucial role in the configuration management of our storage platform. You will be responsible for automating processes, managing configurations, and developing custom tools in Python to enhance and support the platform.
