Job Description

Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times. Review project plans and drawings to identify potential challenges and resolve them efficiently. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project management team. Manage and maintain construction schedules and timelines effectively. Address any on-site issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent tenure and stability in previous roles. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
