Title : Accounting Manager

Location : Las Olas, FL

Salary Range : $120,000 - 140,000 (+ discretionary bonus)

  • Telecommunication company that is growing rapidly and expanding across LATAM
  • Sole contributor role for an exciting new fiber optics division
  • Company is stable and has been in business for 15 years
  • Opportunity to work closely with the CFO

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Lead variance analysis
  • Coordinate for annual audits
  • Drive process improvements in financial reporting and closing cycles
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Utilize MS Dynamics

    • Requirements of the Accounting Manager :

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business
  • Must have experience at an international company with IFRS
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • MBA / CPA is a plus+
